In this 3-hour experiential workshop, you will be introduced to a sequence of postural, breath, and mindfulness practices that can be applied in therapeutic settings. Together we will explore how yoga practices support regulation of the nervous system, cultivate embodied awareness, and create space for inquiry. The session will include practical tools—ranging from simple grounding techniques to deep relaxation methods—that therapists can adapt to meet the needs of their clients. Participants will also experience the practices firsthand, building insight into how yoga can complement therapeutic work and enhance overall wellbeing.
